What we do

We believe software should respect the people who use it. That means interfaces that stay out of the way, decisions grounded in how work actually gets done, and systems still reliable ten years in.

We take on the whole journey: understanding your business, writing the specification, designing the solution, building it, releasing it, and keeping it healthy for years. Fifteen years of that produced energy-trading and settlement platforms in Croatia, digital-asset custody work in the UK and China, an EU digital identity wallet, and secure communications tooling in Switzerland.

Croatian energy exchange, Croatia · 7 years in production

Auction platform for energy-market products

Auction platform where energy-market participants bid on Guarantees of Origin, power-loss compensation, and related products. Over a hundred auctions run to date, and counting, with a dozen participants bidding at a time. The kind of system where a bad day would make the news: seven years in, the only hiccups have been in report delivery, never in the auctions themselves.

Croatian energy exchange, Croatia · 10 years in production

Invoicing, settlement and cross-border flows for Croatia's energy exchange

Accounting, invoicing and settlement platform built for Croatia's national energy exchange. In daily production for ten years and used many times a day, it runs invoicing, settlement and cross-border flows for Day-Ahead and Intraday trading. It generates tens of thousands of PDF documents and replaces over five hundred hours of manual back-office work every month; a number still growing since the merger with the Slovenian market.

National renewable-energy tendering: applications, approvals and contract lifecycle

An ambitious build for a government agency: a national tendering system for renewable energy (solar, wind, gas and biomass) managing applications, approvals, reporting and notifications, with the awarded contract carried through drafting, signature and every lifecycle change. Proven through five national test rounds.

Custody service signing transactions inside a trusted execution environment

Backend custody service safeguarding cryptographic keys and signing transactions against per-user policies inside a trusted execution environment (Intel SGX); built first in Java, then re-engineered in Rust. Two granted patents came out of the work. Developed agile in quarterly, client-facing delivery cycles and shaped with customers from Europe to China: hands-on test deployments adapted to the customer's environment, regular customer presentations, and talks at a security conference at the University of Oxford.

EU Digital Identity wallet: mobile app, backend, and product design

End-to-end product work on an EU Digital Identity wallet: the mobile wallet built from the ground up in Flutter, the backend API behind it, UX/UI design, and the design and implementation of the product website. Five customer demos, talks at a security conference at the University of Oxford, and a live partner integration. Parts of the EUDI framework were released as open source along the way.

Admin backend and dashboard behind the myEnigma secure-messaging platform

Administration backend and web dashboard behind myEnigma, Qnective's secure messaging and VoIP product, in Angular and Java: user and device management, monitoring, and the day-to-day operational controls of the platform. Delivered by a five-person frontend team, complete with a client simulator and full dockerization. The unglamorous half of every serious platform, built so the people running it can actually see what's going on.
